Robert Lutczyk, Director - Consulting Business Unit

Robert joined Tactel 11 years ago as one of the very first members of the start-up organization in Sweden. Quickly moving through the organization he gained responsibility in key areas: software engineering, project management, and line management. He transferred from Tactel AB to Tactel US, Inc in 2008 as one of the lead individuals responsible for building the US organization.

With a hands-on leadership style, Robert leads the consulting business unit with an emphasis on individual performance and accountability. Tactel's largest clients trust Robert, and his team, with their most critical projects.

Prior to joining Tactel Robert earned a M.S. in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Lund in Sweden.
